Wood You Build It is proud to announce that we have teamed up with a few reputable third-party shippers that will assist us with being able to get products delivered throughout the entire country* at no additional cost to you!
*AK and HI excluded
~This opportunity to provide this service is logistically driven by region, and timing can make all the difference. These items are being manufactured and shipped from Massachusetts.
~For example, if a customer orders a unit from Seattle today, but our truck left yesterday for Seattle, then there would be a lull to get it out to that customer. On the flipside, if a customer ordered yesterday, and the truck left today, then we would be getting this out to you in record time! We just don't have the luxury of having thousands of trucks with various distribution centers like the big name companies do. If you need further clarification, then feel free to reach out!
~We are relying on filling the truck to capacity. We cannot justify sending a truck cross country with only a few units in it. With over 5,000 pieces successfully delivered, we have quite an impressive system to be as stategic as possible all while saving you money and getting this to you in an adequate amount of time.
What makes us so unique is that we have a team of professional delivery drivers that will personally deliver your furniture for you with setup and will answer any and all questions you may have. This is completely unprecedented in today’s day and age. Restrictions apply.
Benefits of using our shipping service
- An actual trained Wood You Build It employee that knows the product you purchased will be the one handling it as opposed to a courier that doesn’t know anything about what you bought (some restrictions do apply)
- Your furniture arrives fully assembled! No book of assembly instructions required! *If ordering a kitchen island, then we will leave the top detached from the base of the unit for ease and safety of transport. If using a third party shipper, then there is a chance that they won't feel comfortable attaching the top to the unit. We do try to stay away from this, but there's always a chance. In the event that this is the case, we will provide a cheat sheet on how to attach the top along with the necessary screws in which we also provide. It should take less than 5 minutes and is very simple. Only a screwdriver would be needed, although a drill would be preferred.
- We literally bring it into your home as opposed to leaving it on your doorstep.
- We roll out the red carpet for you. Your support directly helps support not just the Wood You Build It mployees, but all of our local vendors, and anyone else involved with assisting Woo You Build It. That’s the beauty of buying from a true mom and pop.
- Your furniture doesn’t go from facility to facility and from truck to truck. Once on our truck it is in its place until it reaches your home. This decreases the chances of defects or damages.
